We’re so proud of the talent right here in Summit County, we decided to show it off.

METRO’s Robert K. Pfaff Transit Center features public art cases for art displays. Located near the Transit Center’s main entrance, the cases offer passengers a chance to check out local artists’ creations while they wait for their buses.

Artists of Rubber City (ARC) originally managed the art display space when the Transit Center first opened in January 2009. After ARC showcased diverse pieces including paintings, sculpture, fiber art, pottery and metalwork, METRO took over planning and coordinating the art displays.

Works of art displayed at the Transit Center are changed out every six to eight weeks. Some pieces are even up for sale! Artists’ receptions for the creative folks displaying their work are held right at the Transit Center.
